Chromogens

Colorimetric measurement is a method that is used for quantitative determination of target substance in clinical chemistry assays and chromogens are utilized for the measurement. Target substance in the sample forms a colored complex with chromogen. The intensity of the colored complex is proportional to the amount of target substances in the sample.
Dojindo offers a wide range of reagents used for the clinical chemistry assays.
